Joint pain and poor posture is often due to a combination of a group of tight muscles and a group of weak muscles. We need to wake up the inactive muscles normally that is the Transverse Abdominis (TVA), under your abs, the Pelvic Floor and the Multifidi the strong little ones holding your spine together.
